China Unveils Long-Term Textile Plan

5 February 2009 - China's government Wednesday unveiled an ambitious program for relaunching domestic textile and apparel industries. Only including a 1% rise in export rebates, this is not the expected textile bailout plan but a series of five long-term objectives are being clearly defined in order to exit the current crisis.
