Korea's Cotton Yarn Imports in 2004-2008
3 February 2009 - South Korea's cotton yarn imports recovered in value terms in the last year while no more declining in volume terms. Shipments from China, Vietnam and Indonesia even surged while dramatically falling from Pakistan. India remained the top supplier but failed in reducing its yarn prices at the end of 2008 by contrast with other exporting countries, our statistical tables are indicating.
