Polyester Prices Rising After Chinese Holidays

3 February 2009 - Polyester prices strongly increased in China in the post-holiday period, reflecting a new rise in raw material costs. Demand may remain stagnant on the market however, therefore forcing polyester producers in further cutting production in the near term or face additional losses.
